New patients should expect to pay a minimum of $140 for their
initial visit. This is an
“average” price for new patient initial visits. Depending on
each patient’s case, extra x-rays called “Bite Wings” might be needed in
order for the doctor to see deeper into the gums.
The $13 ICS charge that is an OSHA mandated compliance that
all dental offices must implement. Our office
COULD hide this cost in another service, however, this is NOT considered ethical.
ICS & Local Anesthesia ($25) is NOT covered by insurance
and will be charged to all patients, INCLUDING INSURANCE PATIENTS. ICS charged each visit.
Insurance patients should EXPECT to pay $13 for ICS
per each visit to our office.

SORRY, NO DELTA DENTAL HEALTHY KIDS
All other PPO insurances such as Brown, Mail Handlers, Met
Life, Cigna, etc. do NOT hold network contracts with our office which means
patients who wish to visit our office with this insurance MUST PAY FOR THEIR BILL WHEN
LEAVING THE OFFICE.
An insurance claim will be generated for these patients. Patients simply need to drop this claim into the
mail. Our office will NOT receive a check
from non-network insurance companies and therefore the doctor will not get paid for his /
her services.

Please keep in mind that with Palm Coast Family Dentistry,
“Patients Receive Quality Services using Premium Materials” in essence you get
what you pay for and if Palm Coast Family Dentistry could be compared to a car, our
caliber would be comparable to a BMW, SAAB, or Mercedes.
Fillings – Depends on how many surfaces and how
severe the cavity is, however the following is our min / max price range: $75.00 to
a worse case scenario of a Resin or Comp. Incial Angle $300.00
Crowns – Depends on exact metal either precious or
semi-precious that patient wants to use: $750.00 -$850.00
Dentures – Depends on each patients case. Average costs: $1,100.00 - $1,300.00 for
lower dentures. Same price range for upper
dentures.
Cleaning – There are 3 types of cleaning: Prophy
(cleaning at the surface), Debridement (below the gums) and Gross Root Scaling (deep below
the gums)
Entry level cleaning starts @$85.00, $145.00 for
Debridements. Patients needing Gross Root Scaling will need to ask the doctor for the cost
as this cleaning is extensive and cleaned quad by quad (quarter of the mouth by quarter of
the mouth).
Extractions – Depends on severity of
extraction(s): $120.00 - $500.00
1 Hour Rembrandt

DENTAL EXPENSES

- Our office offers patients DENTAL
FINANCING by assisting patients to apply for CARE CREDIT, a credit card that
offers a line of credit for patients relative to finance their dental services at our
office.
Payment Plans – Payment plans are offered to
patients who have kept their billing account in good standing with our office. Patients who are experiencing financial hardships
may request our office to review their accounts to be eligible for a monthly payment plan.
